Here lately I've become addicted to blind gamer's free cell solatair from spoonville games.
It's so bad that I dreamed about a certain hand last night.
Got to go to rehab.

I did have a few word games, but they were only demonstration versions, so didn't last very long.

Post 6 by flcomputergeek (Its my opinion, take it or leave it. ) on Tuesday, 22-Jan-2008 8:32:24

my current addictions are bg uno and light tech interactive's bop it. I have loads of games and I go through phases with them. one week it might be golf, the next monopoly, the next cribbage. just depends on the day and the mood :)

Post 7 by Reyami (I've broken five thousand! any more awards going?) on Tuesday, 22-Jan-2008 9:35:37

OMG! I love the bop It game from Light tech Interactive. I could play that for hours. lol

Post 8 by SingerOfSongs (Heresy and apostasy is how progress is made.) on Tuesday, 22-Jan-2008 10:55:33

Most of my computer game playing these days is on mudds. Though I've always been fond of the Loan Wolf game from GMA games. I've lost my copy though, so I haven't played for quite a while.

Post 9 by Harmony (I've now got the silver prolific poster award! wahoo!) on Tuesday, 22-Jan-2008 17:24:48

I also have some computer games on a disk that I brought from RNIB: connect 4, clondike (blackjack), yatzi and I can't remember what the other one is. I did wonder how a totally blind person could play connect 4 on the computer, but all those games on the disk are self voiced.

Post 10 by Daenerys Targaryen (Enjoying Life) on Tuesday, 22-Jan-2008 20:42:53

I like the Kitchens inc games, Topspeed, and Sarah and the Castle of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I can't wait to get the full version of that one.

Post 11 by Harmony (I've now got the silver prolific poster award! wahoo!) on Thursday, 24-Jan-2008 16:21:16

I've just got the demonstration version of super shot, which is really fun.

Post 12 by Ryan Smith (Veteran Zoner) on Thursday, 24-Jan-2008 21:32:41

Since Super Shot is discontinued, RS Games at www.rsgames.co.nr has a game for free that is very similar to Super Shot.

Post 13 by The Elemental Dragon (queen of dragons) on Friday, 25-Jan-2008 17:01:06

I used to have the hoyal games, their board games, card games and cossino! Hoyal board games had checkers, line 'em up, battleship, parchisii, mancola, chinees checkers, zen bones, yatzee, reversi, placer racer, snakes and ladders and chess

Hoyal card games had crazy eights, go fish, cribige, hearts, war, penocal and I don't remember what else

Hoyal cossino had poker, black jack, slots, keno, craps, rollett and a few others that I don't remember.

Then there was Hotweel's racer, barbie riding club, flight simulater and my favorite, monster truck madness.

then there were puzzle games like my favorite, jewel chace, a game where you had to make a horizontal or vertical line on this board with balls, a snake charmer game, a game where you had to guide these color things to hit these circles and powls. I miss those games.

Post 15 by Faial (Zone BBS Addict) on Monday, 28-Jan-2008 23:50:31

Well about me is definitively Rail Racer. It was the first audiogame I have purchased and I am really happy with it. Great features, great sounds and really good online playing with chat rooms. It's a great experience playing it and yes, very adictive!

Oh, and, btw, does anyone know where I can get monopoly as a computer game? I have seen it before, but, can't remember where.

Post 19 by Harmony (I've now got the silver prolific poster award! wahoo!) on Wednesday, 30-Jan-2008 19:19:11

You can get manopoly from the Jim Kitchen website, but it's really big in terms of computer space. I hope this is helpful.

Does anyone know where I can get a good computer chess game or some good computer word games? I had a wordsearch game, but it was only a 15 minute dmonstration.

Check out our Top 25 Web Sites for Gamers who Are Blind.
http://www.7128.com/top25/top25sitesblind2008.html
It lists a whole bunch of places to get accessible games, many of them free. Also, a colleague is raving about a blind-accessible game called Smugglers 3, from www.nielsbauergames.com.

Post 27 by singingsensation (I just keep on posting!) on Tuesday, 19-Feb-2008 11:09:30

Some of my favorite games include those from BSC games, which Include Hunter and Pipe 2 Blast Chamber. I also like L-Works. I used to have a copy of SuperLiam, but I don't know what happened to it. I have Super egg hunt, the great toy robbery, egg hunt, and Judgment Day.

Dou you have to have a special software for the bopit game, or can you just play?

Post 29 by Reyami (I've broken five thousand! any more awards going?) on Tuesday, 19-Feb-2008 20:47:18

Go to www.lighttechinteractive.com and click on the system requirements page to see what you'll need in order to play the games from that site.

can anyone tell me where can go to get casino games. totaly blind thanks

Post 47 by Munkey (Veteran Zoner) on Friday, 18-Apr-2008 11:31:32

Go to the Kitchensinc website at www.kitchensinc.net Then go to the link that says free sapi text to speach games. Then I think the file is called Wincas2 or something like that. Make sure to read the brief description underneath the game to make sure its the right one. I havn't played the game in a while but I like it. Also theirs a great first person free shuter game called Technoshock. Its like the game shades of doom only better. Go to www.audiogames.net then click on the link that says game list. Although I had trouble downloading it from their. So you may have to google the game and it will take you to the dirrect site whare the game was created.

Post 48 by changedheart421 (I've now got the bronze prolific poster award! now going for the silver award!) on Friday, 18-Apr-2008 18:14:50

I enjoy the kitchen sinc games, 2 games off of the million web if it still exists, and also furry paws.

Post 49 by the illusive man (my ISP would be out of business if it wasn't for this haven I live at) on Saturday, 19-Apr-2008 20:51:44

hwo big are the kitchen sinc games?

Post 50 by Harmony (I've now got the silver prolific poster award! wahoo!) on Monday, 21-Apr-2008 14:12:50

I'm not sure how big in terms of file size the kitchen sinc games are, but you have to download the games menu which already comes with the game of life before you can download any of the other games on there.

Post 51 by GreenTurtle (Music is life. Love. Vitality.) on Sunday, 08-Jun-2008 18:44:06

The Kitchensinc games are at the most just over 1 mb, most are less, but if you have every single game, they take up a total of about 60 mb on your hard drive, but in my opinion they're worth it. Where can I get BG Uno and the other games in that series? I tried to email them like it says to do on the website, but the email wouldn't go through. I think it's kind of dumb that they don't have direct download links to their games if they're free, but if there's an easier way to get those games I would like to try them out. But my personal favorite is Light Cars! That game is so addicting! Also, in regards to what someone said about Supershot being discontinued, was it made freeware before it was discontinued like some games are, and if so, where can I find it?

Post 52 by singingsensation (I just keep on posting!) on Thursday, 12-Jun-2008 0:14:31

Before supershot was discontinued, it was not freeware. You still had to get an unlock code and everything. I also like lite cars too! All of the games that I play on my computer are really addicting! You cannot find Supershot anywhere.

Post 53 by GreenTurtle (Music is life. Love. Vitality.) on Sunday, 15-Jun-2008 20:30:01

Damn! That game was cool, and unfortunately I lost it when I had to reformat my hard drive a few months ago, and didn't back up the setup file. Now I back up all my game setup files, since half of them are hard to find nowadays, like Showdown. That's another one of my favorite games.

Post 54 by the illusive man (my ISP would be out of business if it wasn't for this haven I live at) on Monday, 16-Jun-2008 11:22:48

exelent! might try to download some of these

Post 55 by blindndangerous (the blind and dangerous one) on Monday, 16-Jun-2008 20:45:00

Hang on, how do u play WoW? Some one said that I could probably play it, but I have to go slow with the mouse, and they said that's how u attack. Also, how do u play Runescape? For me, its SoundRTS, Top Speed, and Miriani, Alter Aeon, and Slipgate Legacy. I'm a text man, but I will play some audiogames sometimes.

Post 56 by Unreleased Secrets (Zone BBS Addict) on Tuesday, 17-Jun-2008 3:27:15

supershot, I have the demo, if anybody wants it.. i have an ftp server, pqn me or pmme and we'll set a tie, because I'm running a 50kb upstream connection so i can't have my ftp up all the time.

Post 57 by the illusive man (my ISP would be out of business if it wasn't for this haven I live at) on Tuesday, 17-Jun-2008 15:32:08

how big is supershot?
and, to post 15, you can attack witht the keys

Post 58 by GreenTurtle (Music is life. Love. Vitality.) on Wednesday, 18-Jun-2008 19:03:40

If I remember right, Supershot is about 18 mb, but don't hold me to that.

Post 59 by blindndangerous (the blind and dangerous one) on Wednesday, 18-Jun-2008 22:22:14

Ahh, thanks for that, but isn't WOW huge when u download it? Some one told me it was in gigs, but maybe I'm wrong? I've figured out how to get SoundRTS running with servers, so if u want me to, let me know when u have a server up, and we'll battle. But, don't worry, you'll most likely win.:)

Post 60 by the illusive man (my ISP would be out of business if it wasn't for this haven I live at) on Thursday, 19-Jun-2008 15:23:20

yeah, wow is like 1 gig
